Wow, has it been 18 months already? This has been a journey well traveled and it was not so much the classes but the people that made the journey worth while so far. Our class has such a great dynamics, I picture what a school would look like with our group working together and how each of us would fit. Would we still have the patience and respect for each other? Many times we have been told by the instructors that it is important to have a network of others in your position. It gets lonely at the top and we will need each other to bounce things off of as we take on more responsibilities. If asked I would be able to name a strength of each person in our adhoc. Strengths not weakness! I believe you are as strong as the people that are around you, so thank you, each and everyone of you, for making me so STRONG!
